Afterwards, China-Israel Jizhi Technology visited Qingyuan Jinyun Renewable Resources Co., Ltd., accompanied by the general manager Mr. Guo Guanghui.

Qingyuan High-tech Zone is located at the southern end of Qingyuan City, with a total area of 97.6 square kilometers. In September 2015, it was upgraded to a national high-tech zone approved by the State Council. More than 400 projects have been settled, with a contractual investment of about 80 billion yuan, and an actual utilization of about 40 billion yuan. In 2020, under the correct leadership and strong support of the Qingyuan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Qingyuan High-tech Zone will conscientiously implement the central decision-making and deployment and provincial and municipal work deployments, coordinate the promotion of epidemic prevention/control and economic/social development, and actively respond to the downward pressure on the economy. We will do a good job in the "six stability" and promote the stability and improvement of economic operations. The 160 industrial enterprises above designated size in the region completed a total of 6.59 billion yuan in industrial added value, an increase of 4.3% year-on-year. The fixed asset investment of the whole society increased by 21.5% year-on-year, of which industrial investment increased by 8.9% year-on-year. The general public budget revenue was 279 million yuan.

In recent years, Qingyuan High-tech Zone has successively been approved for 9 national brands including the National Torch High Performance Structural Material Featured Industrial Base and the National Intellectual Property Pilot Park. There are 14 national science and technology platforms and 44 provincial science and technology platforms in the district. There are enterprise R&D platforms such as Juhang Research Institute, Jiazhi Research Institute, Zhongke Quantum Research Institute, Rongda Biological Research Institute, and Huaju Incubator (National Incubator), Tianan Zhigu Incubator and other incubation platforms, as well as Zhongda Qingyuan Innovative Drug Research Center, Huagong Bioassay and Safety Evaluation Center, and Huashi (Qingyuan) Science and Technology Industry Research Institute are stepping up.

Guangdong Juhang New Materials Research Institute is a new research and development institution in Guangdong Province, a key laboratory for high performance polymer composite materials in China's light industry, the chairman unit and secretariat unit of the Guangdong High Performance Structural Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, and Qingyuan Intellectual Property Transfer and Transformation Center Carrier, Qingyuan's new material industry public technical service platform. Focusing on new materials such as polymer materials and fine chemicals, with the goal of realizing the marketization of scientific and technological achievements. Headquartered in Qingyuan National High-tech Zone "National High-performance Structural Material Characteristic Industrial Base", it has branch service agencies in Yingde Tsinghua Park (Chemical Park).

It has a resource pool of technical talents in the field of new materials from domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutes, and has established extensive channel cooperation with many domestic and foreign technology transfer institutions, committed to promoting scientific and technological achievements into productivity, and focusing on providing enterprises with market application technology development and results service cooperation such as transfer and transformation, technical services, investment and intelligence information consulting, realizes the effective connection of scientific and technological demand resources, helps enterprises grow rapidly, and achieve technological upgrading.
