On November 4, 2019, Asia-Pacific Youth Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum was officially opened in Guangzhou.The forum was co-sponsored by the United Nations Development Program and National Youth Federation, and co-sponsored by Guangzhou Youth Federation, China Youth Newspaper and China Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation.Ted (Chen tiansheng), representative of Israeli enterprise, was invited to attend the Forum's parallel forum held in Panyu district on November 5.

As an important support of the forum, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Entrepreneurship Incubator held the "Youth Creativity, Youth Leadership and Youth Integration" entrepreneurship sharing session, organizing 9 young entrepreneurs from the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area to share their own innovation and entrepreneurship experience for the delegates from home and abroad.

Ted (Chen tiansheng), representative of China-Israel Jizhi Technology Co., LTD, shared the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship of Israeli start-ups at the forum.

The young entrepreneurs were full of passion, demonstrating the international vision and positive outlook of the young people in the greater bay area. Their solid and outstanding achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship practice and bold and progressive entrepreneurship won high praise from the participants.

Afterwards, Ted was invited to participate in the parallel forum of Youth Leadership and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy, and participated in the round-table theme exchange to discuss the environment for youth entrepreneurship and innovation.

During the round table and group discussion, participants  provided valuable experience for drafting, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating national youth policies and youth development plans, and provided ideas and frameworks for forming a youth development planning system in the asia-pacific region.
