Prof.  Aumann will review the core elements in his unique, Nobel award winning, study of  Game Theory and Game Engineering, and will analyze various innovative methodologies  in decision making in theory and in daily life.

Judaism as a Foundation of the Israeli Innovation 


This lecture reviews the un-severed connection between the Jewish culture and  innovative thinking. We will explore how Judaist foundations have, and are still  contributing, to creative thinking and the creation of a fertile palette for innovation and  entrepreneurship.

What is “sharing economy” and how does it improve our lives? We will review how to  improve the use of our existing resources, maximize our profits and how to harness  and tap those resources using sharing economy platforms. Once we understand the principles on which Sharing economy is based upon, we will explore why Israel is such a  fertile platform for the invention of sharing economy platforms.

Introduction to Israel’s Geopolitics and Society 


The modern Middle East has long been dominated by domestic instability, regional  conflicts, and intensive intervention of great powers politics. Despite significant social,  economic, and political transformation undergone by the Arab-Muslim states since they  attained independence, most of them are still facing major difficulties in state- and  nation-building, authoritarianism and socio-economic underdevelopment of the non-oil  rich countries. All these attributes hada long-term impact on Arab societies leading to the  rise of Islamic radicalism, the rise of non-state jihadist groups and finally, to the recent  Arab uprisings.

Innovation Strategies and Innovation Systematic Methods


This lecture focuses on studying new innovative tools to develop a company or an  organization’s strategy, and finding new ways to enhance creativity in organizations and  in businesses. The ability to perform creatively plays an important role in gaining a  competitive advantage in many areas of business management, and is often associated  with personal and organizational success. We will examine a number of cases and learn  how we can implement creativity and innovation in our own work in environments.
