China Israel JIZHI Technology Co., Ltd. is the operating entity of China Israel Exchange (C.I.E.) in Guangzhou. It is a China-Israel open innovation platform, established in September 2015. With its base on the innovation and entrepreneurship resources of Israel and the innovation and entrepreneurship needs of China, it is committed to transferring and implementation, business incubation and project investment of Israeli innovative technology in China.

In 2018, the company was awarded the title of "Achievements Transferring Base" by China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair office.

In 2020, the company was selected as the "Haizhi Workstation of Guangdong Science and Technology Association" by Guangdong Science and Technology Association.
